User Wants to Embed Features/Radio on Chat or xatspace

Resolution

You can incorporate a radio to your group or profile. To do so, use the xatRadio generator. After filling in the fields, click the “Generate” button to generate your code and then, copy the second one (group/profile) and paste it into your group’s edit or profile. You can also upload your custom player to xatRadio. If you encounter any sort of problem with xatRadio, you can send a Support Ticket through xatRadio support. Note: The changes require a time to display, but you can see them by clicking the “PREVIEW” button.

User Needs Embed Code to put Their Chat on a Website

Resolution

On a flash chat:

1. Go to a chat
2. Click the “Embed” button on the bottom left, which opens the embed chat page
3. Copy the embed code at the bottom and paste it on a webpage

On an HTML5 chat:

1. Go to a chat
2. Click the “group” button on the top right of the menu
3. Click “Embed” on the dropdown menu, which opens the embed chat page
4. Copy the embed code at the bottom and paste it on a webpage

User Wishes to Embed Music to their xatspace

Resolution

1- Go to the Wiki Generator and choose the YouTube option.

• Width x Height: Choose the size you want the video to be displayed
• Video URL: The music link you want to use;
• Extra options: 
  • Autoplay: Allows the video to automatically start
  • Loop: Allows the video to repeat when finished
  • Hide video info: Remove the information button from the video
  • Hide YouTube logo: Remove the Youtube logo from the video
  • Hide fullscreen button: Remove the fullscreen button from the video
  • Disable auto-hide: Keeps the video controls (pause/start) even after it has started
  • Hide video controls: Remove the controls buttons from the video
  • Disable keyboard controls: Remove the keyboard controls from the video
  • Invisible player: Make your video player invisible
• Theme: You can opt for a dark or light theme
• Progress bar color: You can also opt for a White or Red progress bar color.

After completing and choosing the options, the code will be generated in the box at the bottom. Copy the code and paste it into the edit of your profile (the 2nd large box).

User Needs a Domain Unblocked to Embed Under their Chat

Reason

For security reasons, you cannot insert a website below your chatroom by default. To allow this, you will need to create a ticket in the “Domain Unblock” department. You can then enter which domain you want unblocked under your chatroom! This department requires you to be a paid xat user (to become a paid user, you need to purchase xats from https://xat.com/buy).
