Did you lose access to your account? Follow the steps below to get help.
Case 1: You can login to your account:
If you are a paid user: Create a ticket and select the Email Change or Email Hint help topic.
If you are not a paid user: Create a ticket and select the Lost Access help topic. In the ticket, be sure to specify that you need help with the account you are currently on.
Case 2: You cannot login to your account:
Create a ticket. Select the Lost Access help topic.
You will need to create a new account, login to it, and then submit a ticket here. In the ticket, specify which account you need help with.
