HOW TO GET MEMBER/MOD/OWNER
Users on Help don’t buy mod/owner or win contests to get their rank. They get it by hard work and dedication to Help or Support. Here is more information on how to get mod/owner:
-You must help users with their xat-related problems, questions, and concerns. This is one of the most important things to do to get member/mod.
-You must be active.
-You cannot have had a bad record on xat, e.g. being torched / scamming.
-You must follow all rules, users who often break rules won’t have that high of a chance at member/mod.
-At this time, all Support volunteers owners on the chat. This is due to their obvious knowledge and experience with xat. These owners won’t be removed due to inactivity but all other guidelines apply.
-Owners and main owners can make a user member when they think the user has earned it.
-Members are made Tempmods when needed and, based on your performance as a temp, will decide if you get mod.
-Guests are tempmodded when no other mods or members are active.
-Owners are made mainly based on when they’re needed most. It’s not “picking favorite mods” etc. Ownership is one of the more difficult ranks to get.
-New Main owners are made every month. (Chosen by Christina, only volunteers are allowed to be main)

-All volunteers are owner, however leniency is made in terms of activity towards them. Meaning, they do not have to be as active as other staff due to them being busy. Nopc and nopm may also be used by volunteers when they are busy.
